Note:
1. TEF Members only program & Membership renewal is mandatory to attend the event
2. Pre-Registration in the website is mandatory to ensure better arrangements
3. Members are requested to complete the Membership renewal on or before 5th March 2024 to participate in the event
4. Guest participation (accompanied by TEFians) is accepted on chargeable basis (KD 20 per head) (pre-approval by the TEF-2024 Organizing committee is mandatory)

6. Members are requested to park their vehicles in the underground car parking or just outside the Hotel.
7. Food will be served based on the colour hand-band shared during spot registration to ensure early arrived people to have the food on priority basis
