Note:

1. TEF Members only program & Membership renewal is mandatory to attend the event
2. Pre-Registration in the website is mandatory to ensure better arrangements
3. Members are requested to complete the Membership renewal on or before 10^th February 2024 to participate in the event
4. Guest participation (accompanied by TEFians) is accepted on chargeable basis (KD 20 per head) (pre-approval by the TEF-2024 Organizing committee is mandatory) 
5. Registration (Web site) will be available up to 21.30 Hrs on 12^th February 2024 and requested to  complete the registration to attend the event using the above “Click here” Link
6. Members are requested to park their vehicle either in the Hotel underground parking or Parking available just outside the Hotel
7. New Member Enrolment is allowed during the program  
8. Food will be served based on the colour hand-band shared during spot registration to ensure early arrived people to have the food on priority
