TEF 2023 Picnic cum Valedictory Event on 8th December 2023

Dear TEFians,

Vanakkam!

Hope everyone is excited to visit Failaka Island and we are also very excited to take you all there. It is with great joy and gratitude to express our heartfelt thanks to all for the overwhelming support by registering for the Picnic cum Valedictory event scheduled on 8^th December 2023.

Your support and participation are vital to the success of this event, and we are looking forward to a day filled with camaraderie and relaxation.

Please note that the exact time of boarding will be communicated to you by our committee members responsible for ticket distribution. Tickets will be issued before Thursday. (Boarding Location is shared for your reference)

Breakfast	Arabic breakfast pack with water bottle will be served before boarding. Members can have breakfast during cruise or after the cruise

Important Notes:

1. Terms & Conditions from the ferry service provider (Attachment-1) and it is presumed that all the passengers read and agree for the terms and conditions
2. Important instructions from TEF Organizing Team (Attachment-2) that must be adhered to for the smooth conduct of the event.
3. A route map inside the Failaka Island (Attachment-3) is provided for your reference.
4. Location Details for Boarding point is attached for your ease access.
5. The return journey will start from 4:00 PM onwards.
