11 | Picnic cum Valedictory

Dear TEFians,

Vanakkam!

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for your active participation in the events conducted throughout the year 2023. Your enthusiasm and commitment have played a significant role in making these events successful.

In light of the current prevailing situation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to conduct the Valedictory Event in a grand manner which we had initially planned. However, we are excited to share an alternative plan that we believe will still provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for all.

We have decided to combine the Valedictory Event with Picnic, creating an opportunity for us to celebrate together in a relaxed and enjoyable environment with lot of fun filled activities. The dawn to dusk event is scheduled to take place in Failaka Island on December 8^th Friday, and we sincerely hope that you will join us for this special occasion.

To facilitate the logistics of transportation and other arrangements, we kindly request those who are willing to participate to register at your earliest convenience. The registration process requires providing some essential details, as requested by the Ferry Service company.

TEF is committed to covering the complete expenses associated with the event. However, a modest charge of KD 2 for children aged above 5 years to 12 years and KD 3 for children above 12 years & adults. This fee helps maintain the quality of the event by covering additional amenities, activities, and services provided to make the occasion more memorable and enriching for everyone involved.

We request you to complete the registration on or before 23^rd Nov 2023.  Event Program schedule and activities planned will follow shortly.

We understand that this may be an unexpected adjustment, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility during these challenging times. Your safety and well-being remain our top priority, and we will continue to monitor the situation closely to ensure a secure and enjoyable event for everyone. Your kind understanding in this regard shall be highly appreciated.

Please make a note that Guests are not allowed and event is exclusively for TEF members and TEF families only. Bookings will be based on first cum first serve basis.
