Dear TEFians,

Vanakkam.

We warmly welcome you all to join us for the main event “KODAI VIZHA 2023” which is scheduled for Friday, 12^th May 2023 at Community Hall, Fintas. We are excited to witness the exceptional talents of our TEF family at this event and hope to have the pleasure of your active participation.

The program will start promptly at 9.00 AM and is expected to conclude at 4.00 PM. The Prize Distribution Ceremony will be conducted after the completion of all the events scheduled on 12^th May 2023.

In order to register your family members to attend the program, your family information is already updated in your profile in TEF Website. If not updated, please login to your member account and update your family information.

Kindly be informed that prelims will be conducted on 5^th May 2023 at the Gulf SPIC Workshop, Mina Abdullah.

NOTE:

1. Pre-registration is Mandatory.  Hence, we request all the attendees to register for the event to help us manage food arrangements better and avoid food wastage
2. Last date for the event attendance registration is 11^th May 2023
3. Breakfast will be served between 8.00 AM – 9.00 AM (After 9.00 AM, breakfast will not be served)
4. Lunch will be served between 12.45 PM – 1.45 PM and Evening Tea / Coffee is arranged @ 4.00 PM
5. All are kindly requested to cooperate and follow the time mentioned
