வணக்கம்!!

முன்பு உலகின் மூத்த குடியாக இருந்த தமிழ் குடியின் மாண்பை, திறமையை, பெருமையை இந்த உலகமே உற்று நோக்கும் வகையில் இந்த தமிழ் பொறியாளர் குழுமம் மூலம் சில முயற்சிகள் எடுக்கலாம் என்ற  முனைப்போடும், தமிழராய் நம்முடைய வாழ்வாதாரம் முன்னேற்றம் அடையும் வகையில் நாம் நம்முடைய சிந்தனைகளை ஒருமித்த கருத்தோடு ஒரே நோக்கத்தோடும் கொண்டு செல்லும் வகையில் சில செயல் திட்டங்கள் நம்முடைய குழும உறுப்பினர்கள் மூலம் தீட்டலாம் என்ற ஆவலோடும் நம்முடைய முதல் நிகழ்ச்சியை தொடங்குகிறோம்.. அதற்கு உங்களுடைய எல்லா ஆதரவும் தேவை.

We request your whole-hearted support with a True ‘தமிழர்’ feeling and being a prestigious ‘Professional Tamil Engineer’. 

இது நமக்கான முயற்சி. ஊர் கூடி தேர் இழுத்தால்தான் தேர் நகரும். It is not going to be a credit or success for any Individual or any committee. It is going to be a CONTINUED team effort and CONTINUED attempt to elevate our Tamil Society.

As an initiative we will have a ‘Strategy Training and Workshop’ for all members on 23^rd & 24^th January 2020 conducted by prominent International Strategy Experts who have transformed several Non-Profit Organizations in to globally successful organizations and through all our TEF members support, we will try to frame & develop a clear-cut path forward plan for TEF in the next coming years.

For lot of our TEF members who were not involved in such strategy exercises in the past, it will be a great opportunity to learn the intrinsics of strategy development, setting vision, mission, goals and objectives, KPIs, Operational efficiency, Organizational management which is usually dealt most of the time on a higher management level.

Apart from our TEF members learning the basics of strategy development, it is also fascinating to develop a strategy for our own Non-Profit association through all our members which is very rarely dealt by Non-Profits globally.

History is going to speak about this TEF member’s initiative in the future .. Let us be a part of the change …a Global Transformation .. Some of our initial thoughts on this global transformation is being shared as an attachment to this mail for your preliminary review and opinion.

There may be resistance to change, but change is inevitable, nothing is impossible and certainly can be possible if we have the sincere intention to do it.
