TEF-2019 FINAL SPORTS DAY- 22.11.2019

Dear TEFians,

Vanakkam.

We thank our members for the overwhelming participation in all the events conducted throughout the year and cordially invited to participate in the Final Sports day 

As informed through the earlier mail, Track & Field Events will be conducted during the FINAL SPORTS DAY from 7:30 AM, Friday, on 22^nd  Nov ‘19 @KUWAIT ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION GROUND, KHAIFAN.  

· TEF Sports 2019 T-Shirt will be distributed (from 7.30 AM to 8.15 AM on 22^nd Nov ’19) to the registered participants (Games, Track & Field events) only 

· TEF Sports day 2019 will start with colorful March-fast @ 8.30 AM. T-Shirt distribution will be stopped before the start of March-Past 

Please find below the Sports day details: 

a. Registration (reconfirmation) starts @ 7.30 AM and will be closed @ 8.30 AM 

b. Breakfast starts @ 7.45 AM and will be closed @ 8.15 AM sharply 

c. Participants shall be divided into FOUR HOUSES with four-colored T-Shirt and Sports committee reserves the right to the distribution of T-shirt color to the individuals 

d. All the Track & Field Events will be conducted from 8.45 AM to 4.00 PM 

e. Lunch will be provided around 1.00 PM 

f. Prize Distribution for Games, Track & field events is planned @ 4.00 PM 

g. Track & Field events coordinators are Track & Field events coordinators are Mr. Raja K. Velu  (Mob: 99829056), Mr. Justine (Mob: 97271542); Mr. Ramanan (65890200); Mr. Dayalan (Mob: 66987183) & Mr. Hyder (Mob.:65140295)

1. Registered participants may call track & field coordinators for reconfirming their registration / clarifications (or) inform about their non-availability.

3. Only TEF members (2019) & their families will be allowed to participate in TEF 2019 Sports

4. TEF 2019 Sports committee reserves the right to modify & drop/add events or age group depending on the nominations received and time availability
