TEF Executive team meets Indian Ambassador
Tamil Nadu Engineers Forum (TEF) Executive Committee met the Indian Ambassador Shri. Sibi George on 22 February to formally introduce the new executive committee and shared the details of the activities scheduled for this year.
The team comprising of the President Mr. Krishna Jegan, General secretary Mr. Gem Prasanna along with the organizing team members Mr. Ashok Kumar and Mr. Gopinath met the ambassador and thanked him for his support and service extended to the Indian community specially during COVID-19 time.


The team also discussed on other points related to the KSE issues, approval of COVAXIN Vaccine to help the stranded Indians to return to Kuwait. The team thanked the ambassador for his efforts in bringing JEE and NEET centre to Kuwait, which is a great relief for many students and parents.
The first secretary of Indian Embassy Mr. Vinod Gaekward was present during the meeting. In addition, TEF requested the Embassy officials to take it up with the Government of India on the removal of PCR requirement (during the travel to India) and the Embassy officials assured all possible supports and wished the new committee to continue the good work and keep up the reputation of Indian Engineers in the country’s economic growth.
