Tamilnadu Engineers Forum, Kuwait (TEF) is the one & only ISO 9001:2015 certified Non-Profitable Engineering organization in Kuwait registered with the Indian Embassy, Kuwait.
This year 2022, the new organizing committee has taken over the Forum under the leadership of Engr. Krishna Jegan. The TEF 2022 team organized their first event on 28th January by online commemorating their State’s Traditional “Tamizhar Thirunal” with a special Pattimandram headed by the great Tamil scholar Padma shri. Solomon Pappaiah.The Pattimandram Title was “Velinaatu Vazhkai Thai naatu Uravugalai –Balaveenapaduthugirathu-Balapaduthugirathu”. The event started with Tamizh Thai Vazhthu, followed by Safety Moment presented by Treasurer Engr. Balasubramanian and then Thirukkural presented by Jt Secretary Engr. Subramanian. General Secretary Engr. Gem Prasanna gave the welcome speech and the Presidential address was given by President Engr. Krishna Jegan.
The Pattimandram started with great applause as the moderator Padma shri. Solomon Pappaiah started the programme with his team comprising of Mr. Raja & Dr. Revathy Subbulakshmi speaking on “Balapaduthugirathu” topic and Mrs. Kavitha Jawahar & Mr. Rajkumar speaking on “Balaveenapaduthugirathu” topic.
The whole show was filled with humorous and as well thought provoking speeches by the Team. Finally, the event ended with the final judgement favouring “Balapaduthugirathu” team. After the pattimandram, the Vote of thanks was given by Joint Secretary (I.T.) Engr. Muthu Chidambaram.
The event was attended by around 350 members & their families. The whole event was coordinated along with all technical arrangements by Vice President Engr. Venkatesan and Technical Head Engr. Ashok Kumar. The event was anchored by Engr. Manikandan.
